Usually a complex permission process, new regulations for right situation allow permitted development rights. We have utilised this to provide a unique residence with flexible internal options. 

Plassey Street

Using multiple permission strategies we achieved the maximum outcome for this terraced house in South Wales. A large ground floor extension and infill as well as a rear roof extension and complete internal refit. Converting the traditional victorian layout into a modern family dwelling, it offers an open living space and well proportioned bedrooms.

Investigating the options available for this Georgian terraced house in St.Johns, Deptford. We looking into what could be possible to maximise the space, utilise the traditional layout and flood the house with light using glazing intelligently. 

Kingsland Crescent

A previously unusable parking space and garden, these clients wanted to know if it was possible to fit an annex in this awkward site. Requiring storage space, a gym and potential bedroom, the site provided the opportunity for a couch house style addition.
